Shipping and Delivery Policy ~

 * Local order pickups will be coordinated with buyer to meet in a safe neutral location

 * Mailing orders will be shipped out through the US Postal Service and tracked

 

Return Policy ~

Please note: Craft That Wood makes handcrafted custom items unique to their client.  During the crafting process, pictures will be sent to keep the buyer abreast of the how their order is progressing.  Upon completion, all items are inspected, tested and packaged for quality control. That said, all sales are final; however, while we do not accept responsibility for damages that happen during the time the product is with the carrier, we will consider certain issues on a case by case basis.  Due to the custom nature of our products, there will be no monetary refund.  Depending on the degree of damages, we would be able to repair the item.  We truly apologize for any inconvenience.
